    ok, so you want this in scientific notation? how many significant figures?

    for scientific notation you usually have only one leading digit, like 3 in the first case, here we have 24..

    so 24 is actually 2.4 * 10

    where 10^14 is actually 14 tens multiplied together...so we have 10 * 10 * 10 * 10 * .... 10 * 10...14 times

    now 2.4 * 10 * 10^14 has 10 tens being multiplied
