Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0The equation of a circle is (x h)^2 + (yk)^2 = r^2, where C(h, k) is the center and radius is r>0. Therefore, the center is (2, 1) and tthe radius is r = 4

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Why is the center (2, 1)? Because we have tou rewrite the (y + 1)^2 as (y (1))^2 to satisfy the the formula requirements.
