    from this i assume you wish to convert the decimals into fractions: what you need to do is know which place value is represented in the decimal by the number furthest to the right. for 0.020, the 2 is 2 hundredths, therefore the answer is 2/100 or 1/50 for 0.8, the 8 is in tenths so we have 8/10 or 4/5 for 0.45, the 5 is in hundredths...so we have 45/100 or 9/20... get the idea?
