I have this question that I have to find the how the gross weekly earning are, but i dont know if im suppose to subtract or add or * or divide. So if I have 615.00 made a week how do i find the weekly deductions when it is 12% of the gross salary

    By weekly deductions, they mean that 12% of your week's salary is taken away. That means only 88% of your salary remains (after the taxes and all the government thieves take away)... so 615.00 * (.88) = $541.2 is what you have left, and you just lost (the deducted amount) $74.
