Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0ok just make sure you fan me. So just rearrange the equation again so that you get y=7x. So this line has the slope of 1. That means that the PARALLEL line MUST ALSO have slope 1. So then the new line must have the form y = x+B. Now solve for B by plugging in the point (4,0).
