(-6xy^5)/(14x^4y^3) I need help in simplifying completely

    simplify the fraction, then simplify the x. they have the same base so you subtract the exponents because you're dividing. since more x s are in the demonimator your final x answer goes there . same thing for y except more are in the numerator and the y s are going to end up there.
