I would also like to have the handouts because some of the code is hard to read in the video lectures and it would be very useful to be able to follow along with the videos.

If you click on the video lectures, there is a transcript tab just under the video. You can also download all course materials via the left-hand side on the home page. You can also view the assignments page, and just to the right there are the supporting files to view or download. I would also suggest viewing the lectures on YouTube, as they seem to be easier to see.

Also at the bottom of the lecture page is a tab that says related resources if you click that the handouts are in pdf.

In the first lecture he says that the only handouts will be code examples because people learn better when they take notes.
