Graph the set {x|4<x<6} on the number line. then write the set using interval notiation

    <-------------------> 4 5 6 o...................o <----represents what you would shade in on the number line...notice the o or "holes" in the graph at 4 and 6 since the inequality indicates that 4 and 6 are not included but everything between them is included interval notation is the same as the inequality except that you restrict within parenthesis or brackets. but since 4 and 6 are not included you use parenthesis (4,6)
