Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0here is what they are asking. write an equation of the line containing the given points & perpendicular to the given line.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0ok. first you want to figure out the slope of the given line, so you know what the perpendicular slope should be.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0one way to do that is to put the equation in slopeintercept form, or of the form y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the yintercept. so subtract 8x from both sides, 5y = 3 8x. now divide both sides by 5, so y = (8/5)x + 3/5
