a phone company charge stephine a $4.95 monthly fee for long distance program . she must also pay $10 per minute for every mintue she is on the phone long distance . the monthly bill for lond distance charge can be modeled by the equation B= 4.95+0.10w where b is the total long distance bill for the month and m is the number of minute she spoke on the phone long distance . and then estimate how much her bill would be if she used 12 minute of long distance
