Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0circumference is given by \[C = 2\pi r\] Since we have the diameter and not the radius, we first need to use the fact that the diameter is two times the radius. So if d = 13, then \[r = \frac{13}{2}\] Now you just plug this r into the circumference formula.
