In the box, complete the first 4 steps for graphing the quadratic function given. (Use ^ on the keyboard to indicate an exponent.) Be sure to label the axes and vertex. y = -x^2 - 4x - 3

    The form you want from completing the square is y= a(x-k)^2+h. (h,k) is the vertex and a is a factor that stretches the function.
