adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominaters plz help

    You always have to find common denominator. Then you can add the numerators together

    okay heres a problem: 2/3 + 3/4 = ? 2/3(4/4) +3/4(3/3) = 8/12 + 9/12 = 17/12 or 1 5/12
