what is the measure of an exterior angle if the regular polygon has 18 sides?

    The sum of the exterior angles of any convex polygon is 360 degrees. Since you have 18 sides, you have this 360 shared between 18 sides. Assuming the polygon has all its internal angles equal, the exterior angle will be 360/18 = 20 degrees.
