three friends pay $10 for the first hour to rent a paddle boat plus $5 for each additional hour. write an expression for the total cost of the rental for x hours.

    Let x = rental hours for x > 1, C(x) = $10 + $5(x-1) for x =1, C(x) = $10 Did you want cost per friend?

    Let x = rental hours total cost =5(x-1)+10 i am writing the same but i think it is the answer.
