My Python doesnt appear as the Python the teacher has. Mine its a black window with no menu, like cmd. Ive installed python 2 and 3 and its still the same problem. Anybody knows how can I open the Python that has the menu interface?

    Are you installing python from www.python.org? Or are you installing IronPython? If you've installed python from python.org, (version 2.7.x) you can access the screen that the instructor is using by navigating your start menu to the program called IDLE (Python GUI)

    perhaps you are running the command-line instead of python gui( idle)
