Might I ask if you're in college, Anwar?

Very cool :D I hope to double major in physics and math after I graduate.
anonymous
  • anonymous
good luck to you too quantum lol
anonymous
  • anonymous
well good luck.. I am actually double major with electrical engineering.. I should say electrical engineering and math, I know, since math is the sub major.. but I lately figured out that I didn't like Electrical Engineering much
anonymous
  • anonymous
do what you love~ I'm soon transferrin to chemical engineering instead of IT, it's my passion :)
anonymous
  • anonymous
transferring*
anonymous
  • anonymous
Ahh, gotcha...I've noticed a LOT of people going into E.E. lately ._. Suppose it's just the trend, but if you're not enjoying it as much, you should focus on math :)
anonymous
  • anonymous
agree :)
anonymous
  • anonymous
you're both.. that's what I am doing right now :)
anonymous
  • anonymous
both right*
anonymous
  • anonymous
good ^_^

:) I hope my interest for physics doesn't wane though; last year I was absolutely dead certain that I wanted to go strictly mathematical/theoretical physics, but I then decided "Well, I should take absurd amounts of math NOW, so physics is smoother later on." and I suppose math is starting to become a little more interesting.... :/
anonymous
  • anonymous
mathematics, the geometry of the universe ~
anonymous
  • anonymous
theoretical physics is very related and close to mathematics.. you will love both and be good at both
anonymous
  • anonymous
Yeah, they're very closely related; I suppose I'll just have to suffer through the bland physics now to get to the interesting stuff down the road. :P
anonymous
  • anonymous
Yeah, I agree.. May I ask what university are you going to attend?
anonymous
  • anonymous
I'm not sure yet; I'm applying to Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Cornell, and NYU -- but MIT is my absolute first choice. Only a junior :P
anonymous
  • anonymous
You guys have the best schools, I am a bit jealous. :P I wish you the best My plan is to apply for my master at one of the top schools.
anonymous
  • anonymous
hey sammi, sorry for taking over your page :P
anonymous
  • anonymous
Thanks! :D I'm sure you'd do well at a top school, sounds like a great plan
anonymous
  • anonymous
seriously you think so? :P
anonymous
  • anonymous
I am not sure if I would get admitted though.. thanks anyways :)
anonymous
  • anonymous
You seem very well applied so I wouldn't doubt that you'd get in; and there's never anything to lose by applying. :D Good luck!
anonymous
  • anonymous
I guess.. thank you :)
