What will it cost to tile a kitchen floor that is 12 feet wide by 20 feet long if the tile costs $8.91 per square yard?

    Find the are of the kitchen floor which is 12 * 20. and then convert it to units of sqqure yard .. and multiply the cost per square yard

    i don't know the difference in feet and yards. That's the problem.

    3 feet= 1 yard 9sqare ft =1 square yard
