    it is 1 because look at a number line with positive and negitive numbers

    on the left there will be negitive number and on thr right it wil be positive

    so look o ver here -10 -9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1- then positive on this side +10 and so on so look at negitive 2 then your just adding up 3 and it is 1
