Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.02x^2 + 5x 7 x^2 + 4x x x + 4 x^2 2x + 1 You have to factor each binomial/trinomial (2x + 7)(x 1) x(x + 4) x (x + 4) (x 1)(x 1) You then cancel the (x + 4)'s and the (x 1)'s (only 1 of these on the bottom) x(2x + 7) x 1

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Any time... Just remember that is the difference of two squares (2x)^2 and (5)^2 so you take what is in the ( )'s and add them and subtract them. (2x + 5)(2x 5)
