Mrs. Mann is collecting donations for a school that flooded. Altogether 2,970 packages of markers were donated by the community. If if she packed 35 packages of markers in each box, how many total boxes will Mrs. Mann need to mail all 2,970 packages of markers?

    You have 2970 packages. Each box has 35 packages. 2970/35=84.85. Since you can't have a fraction of a box, you would need 85 boxes.
