Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I see, I thought they taught basic algebra in high school. Anyway, 1x22x4+2+2x1x+1x2 = x^2 2x +4 +2 +2x x +x^2. Now, you need to bunch up all the like terms together, so x^2+x^2 2x +2x x 4 + 2 = x 2 (because x^2+x^2 = 0 and 2x+2x = 0 and 4 +2 = 2)

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0yes, x = 1x. you don't need to write the '1' explicitly.
