ummm... im only in 6th grade, is introduction to sociology like social studies, or history?

    sociology |ˌsōsēˈäləjē| noun the study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society.

    It is probably closer to Social Studies, but history needs to be writen and interpretated so in that sense, Sociology is part of both.
