$f"(x)=4x+3$ and $f'(-3)=-1$ and f(-3)=0 find f'(x) and f(1)

You take the Integral of the equations so... to get $f \prime(x)= 4x/2 +3x +c$ where c is a constant. You then plug it in for x=-3 to solve for the constant... You repeat this on f'(x) to then find f(x)

ok i go f'(x)=2x^2-3x-28

then $f(x)=(2/3)(x^3)-(3/2)(x^2)-28x+c$
