    "let A=<1,2> is a vector and u=<2,1>. how can v find A as sum of vector || to u and prep. to u" A<1,2> and U<2,1>: Find "A" as a sum of vector magnitude to "U" and perpendicular to "U". is that the question?

    ||A|| = sqrt(5) ||U|| = sqrt(5) find a vector with "2sqrt(5)", that is perpendicular to U<2,1> ?
