heidi spent 1/2 of her babysiting money on a dvd and 1/2 of the remaining amount on a pair of jeans. after she spent $15.75 at the movie theater. she had $7.80 left. how much money did heidi earn babysiting? please help!!!!!!

    after that it said she spent that half, which is technically, 1/4 of the total.

    following that from the 1/4 of the total, she spent another 15.75$ meaning that you are now left with 1/4 of the total amount she made - 15.75$

    so if we know that wat she has left is 7.80$, then we can say that 1/4 T(total she made) -15.75 = 7.80 therefore u isolate for T

    this will then give you 1/4T = 23.55 multiply out the 4 from the left side, and multiply the right side by 4 as well, and u get T= 94.20$ hope that helps
