Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0we have what Al and Bob get. what Carl gets is their average which is: \[{1/10 + 1/5 \over 2} = {3/10 \over 2}=3/20\]

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0just add what the three get: 3/20+1/10+1/5=0.45. finally, Dave share is 10.45=0.55.. in dollars, he gets 0.55*100= $55
