    In my opinion, it should be about getting help. Unfortunately, that isn't always the case.

    right! :) so far, all i see is people asking folks to factor this, get that.. and out pops the answer Wolfram can do that

    I agree with INewton. This is about getting help. The people commenting are showing you how to do the process to solve it. Which gives you the answer. Kinda like tutoring.

    sometimes showing a process is way time consuming especially for something you learned way back
