a rifle bullet is fired into the air with a velocity of 700ft per second at an angle of 65 degrees from the horizontal. Find the magnitude of the horizontal and vertical components of the velocity vector.

    horizontal is 700cos(65) vertical is 700sin(65) ft/sec

    If you want an explanation in finding the x and y vectors treat the shooting as a Pythagoras triangle Where A is the angles and C is the angle 65 degrees. If you know cos and sin then it should be pretty easy in finding the x and y vectors

    woops that came out wrong sorry treat c as 700 and treat A as the angle 65
