A motor boat needs to cross a river owing from north to south. The current is flowing at 7 mph and the boat is running at 13 mph. In which direction must the boat go in order to reach a point across the river in the direction S83E from the starting point?

    i'm sorry but i don't know that i'll be able to solve it without knowing the distance across the river...it's solvable but i must be doing it wrong
