    ratio = 5/15 = 1/3 MF = 13^2 -5^2= 12 RS = 39^2 - 15^2 = 36 check ratio = 12/36 = 1/3

    Since the ratio is 1 to 3, then MF being 12 means RS is 3 times 12 or 36.
