eiqhteen year old beth pryer received 1.1 mg of thiamin with dinner. what percent of the U.S. RDA of thiamin has she consumed?

    A quick look at http://www.anyvitamins.com/rda.htm indicates that the recommended dietary allowance of thiamine for females between 15 and 18 is 1.1mg, which would imply that this is 100% of the RDA. However, I don't know if that RDA is correct or not.
