You're gonna wanna google that or something. You know that 1 ounce is 170 calories, so you multiply 170 by 3 to get the amount of calories she consumed. You can then set up a proportion involving that answer and the US RDA of total calories for a 37 year old woman to find the percentage.

Well you know she consumed 510 calories. (170*3) You need to find out the US RDA of total calories for a 37 year old woman (google or something). When you find that number, let's say it's b. Then you have a proportion equation: 510/b = x/100 Google will tell you what b is so you'll just need to solve for x.

You need an answer in calories, not grams.
