Hey guys, can you tell how do you call the opposite operations to factorization. I think it is "common products" or something like that. In spanish we say Productos notables. Please help me

    If you're talking about what I think you're talking about (maybe you could post an example to clarify) the opposite of factoring is multiplication which we call FOILing

    For example; \[a ^{2}+2ab+b^{2}=(a+b)^{?}\] The expression before the = sign is part of factoring. How do we call the right side of the equation?

    But in general. The left side can be any expression that is para of "factoring".
