what is the equivalent fractions for 2/3?

    No problem. Just multiply the top number and the bottom number by the same value, and you can make all the fractions you want. For the answer I gave, I multiplied by 2, then 3, then 4.

    oh thanks for your help fraction is confusing me ok if i have 1/4 i can multiply it to by 2 then 3 then 4 too?

    Yes, so: 1/4 = 2/8 when multiplied by 2 3/12 when multiplied by 3 4/16 when multiplied by 4

    And you could go on forever. So, 100/400 is equivalent as well or 2000/8000

    wow those are bigger numbers ok im going to try this its looking alot easier now than wen my teacher explain to me i have to pass my math test or my mom is going to take my ps3 away :-(
