At STP 50mL of a gas weighs .301g and is found to be 47.4% S and 52.6% Cl. What is the molecular formula for the gas? SCl S2Cl2 S3Cl3 Not enough info

    S2Cl2 Use molar mass= (density x gas constant x temp)/ presure since its at stp temp= 273.15 and pressure= 1atm R= 0.08216 the density is .301/.05= 6.02 and then you get that the molar mass is 135.03 and S2Cl2 molar mass is 135.032
