    ok i got that one.. lol now i have another one omg this program just took me all the back to question number one. and i called the company freaking ...and they said it was just giving me an assessment test to make sure im taking in all the info...but will u help me with it??

    Just cross multiply. 11 times x = 4 times 7, or 11x = 28
