## anonymous 5 years ago how do you evaluate integrals?

1. anonymous

$\int\limits_{2}^{3} 2x dx$

2. anonymous

Well just the antiderivative is x^2 so we plug in the endpoints = 2(3)^2-2(2)^2=18-8=10

3. anonymous

Rather (3)^2-(2)^2=5 since x^2 is the antiderivative.

look at them inquiringly for subtle signs of character traits, and rank them according to how you figure them to be. If they are suitable, then there you have it.
