Nick and Rhonda are building a square pond. They want to put up a 2 ft border. The area of dthe border and pond is 196sq ft, what are the dimensions of the pond?

    The dimensions of the pond itself (inside the 2 ft. border is 10 x10 feet, border takes up 96 square ft. 100 + 96 = 196 sq ft.
