Can't figure this out. Find side B of a right triangle if side A is 12 yd and side B is 15 yd.

    if B = 15 yds; then B = 15 yds :)

    That's all the problem explained. Find side C of a right triangle if side A is 12 yd and side B is 15 yd.

    ore than likely its refering to the hyp; so sqrt(12^2 + 15^2) is the answer

    144 225 ----- 369 sqrt(369)
