This is MIT 6.00, Introduction to CS and Programming. There is a general Maths group that you can go to from the Home Page. Some of the discussions are a little bit advanced for 8th grade, but don't be put off by that at all, I'm sure they'd be very happy to help you study algebra. If you'd like to post in here, I'm sure some one will help you out, but it may be a bit slower ~ Mathematics is a busier group and that's where the real geeks hang out.
