    The temperature is being changed, so that is the independent variable. The dependent variable changes as the independent changes, so that is the volume in m^3. hope this helps!

    Thank you. Here's the 2nd part: Assuming the relationship between the temperature (t) and the volume (v) is linear, find the equation that represents the data in the table. Show all work for each part of your equation.
