Its easy, if you know, that $\sin(\alpha)*\cos(\beta)=(\sin(\alpha+\beta)+\sin(\alpha-\beta))/2$. Then you get $\int\limits_{}^{}(\sin(7x)+\sin(3x))dx$. Hope, that helped :)
