yes,yes and and i think they are they are congruent because they both have right angles and the both share a common side and a common angle. triangle PTY isn't a right triangle because none of its angles ( P,T, and Y) are a right angle

the answer is that triangle PHY is congruent to triangle PTY because they both have a common angle and a common side. but im not completely sure, this is just my best guess
