Depends on the instructor and the class really. Since we don't know what material was covered in class, it's hard to tell you what to study for. Make sure you know your basic language constructs/operations/expressions and review all of the programming exercises you have had during the course of the semester. Other than that, study classroom notes and make sure you understand all of their concepts.
