Can someone help me with this word problems.

Look you can assume the cost be x and repair's cost be R now the repairs should not exceed 80% of the car's value that's mean R < 80% of X or R = 80% 0f x $11200< 80% of x or $ 11200= 80% of x i.e. 14000<x or 14000=x
