Could somebody out give me certain guidelines regarding selecting graduate schools for Masters?

    MIT is a world class Institute. Otherwise, you have pleanty of good universities in Europe. I'm not an expert though.

    I am looking to studi in Usa. My primary interest is to know what factors should I consider before selecting a university to apply to. I graduated from India in 2010 and want to do ms in cs. My gre score is 1390(quant: 800).
