You don't get any official certification, but you could definitely put the fact that you completed the course on your CV. The thing is; if you're going to apply for a job in software development and you've got the skills to do the job, you wouldn't consider having done this course especially relevant. It's more something you do on your own initiative, just because it helps you become a better programmer. To do programming as a trade, you need to demonstrate the ability to take the various things you like to learn and use your mind to solve real world problems. You can always find work in the open source community, they don't pay much, but they're really big on attribution, so you'll get any credit you deserve. Companies that do software, will be much more impressed by a reasonably accomplished guy, than a pile of certificates. The trick is to get involved in the worst problems people have to deal with each day and then deliver one solution after another. That'll get you a job.
