okay when you mix a chemical with another chemical that is not supposed to be mixed isnt that called chemical reaction?

    A chemical reaction is any series of events caused by chemistry. I don't think there's any concept in chemistry that'd be describable as "not supposed to be mixed". Though "not to be mixed" might come up quite often in practice.

    any time you mix one or more chemicals together there will always be some kind of reaction!!! Chemical Reaction is an subject description covering ALL CHEMICAL REACTIONS FROM THE MIXING OF TWO OR MORE CHEMICALS...
