Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0if you devide (top)/(top) you should get the same answer as (bottom) / (bottom) A:\[{6\over3} = {16 \over 8} = 2\] B:\[{6\over15} = {16 \over 40} = {2 \over 5 } = 0.4\] C:\[{6\over24} \neq {16 \over 54} \rightarrow \rightarrow {1 \over 4} \neq {8 \over 27}\] D:\[{6 \over 60} = {16 \over 160} = {1\over 10} = 0.1\]
